Booking Terms
These terms apply to private transfer quotes and reservations with Halkidiki Transfer.

Reservations
Submitting the booking form is a request, not automatic confirmation. A reservation is confirmed after the pickup point, destination, date, time, passenger count, luggage needs, vehicle requirements and price are accepted by Halkidiki Transfer.
Fixed Prices
The confirmed price applies to the agreed route, pickup time, destination and vehicle. Extra stops, route changes, additional waiting or different drop-off points may require a revised quote.
Airport Pickup
For Thessaloniki Airport arrivals, please provide the flight number so we can monitor landing time. Your driver will meet you at the agreed airport meeting point with clear pickup instructions.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact, pickup, destination, passenger, luggage and flight or ferry details. If information is missing or incorrect, pickup instructions, vehicle allocation or pricing may need to change.
Waiting Time
Flight delays are monitored for airport arrivals. Waiting time caused by missing flight details, late passenger arrival, customs delays or unplanned schedule changes may be reviewed case by case.
Passenger & Luggage Details
Passenger count, luggage quantity and child-seat requests must be shared before travel so the correct vehicle setup can be prepared. Oversized luggage should be mentioned before booking.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms may vary by season, route and notice period. We recommend confirming cancellation conditions when booking, especially for peak summer dates and late-night airport transfers.
Payments & Receipts
Payment method, deposit requirements and receipt or invoice details are confirmed during the booking process. Any legally required tax document is issued according to the information provided by the customer.
Delays & Route Conditions
Estimated travel times are based on normal route conditions. Traffic, roadworks, weather, ferry schedules, police controls or local events may affect arrival time.
Service Standard
We aim to provide a clean private vehicle, professional driver and direct transfer service. If an issue occurs, contact us promptly so we can help resolve it.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Greek law. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the competent Greek authorities or courts may apply depending on the nature of the matter.
