We only ask for the details needed to quote, confirm and provide your private airport transfer.

Information We Collect
When you request a quote or book a transfer, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup location, destination, travel date, time, flight or ferry number, passenger count, vehicle preference, location coordinates, notes and child-seat or luggage requests.
Legal Basis & Use
We process booking details to take steps before entering into a transport agreement and to perform confirmed transfers. We may also process records for legal obligations, accounting, dispute handling, security and legitimate business administration.
Booking Emails & CRM
Booking requests may be sent to our email systems, Resend for transactional emails, and a CRM or booking management system used to organise requests and customer communication.
WhatsApp, Phone & Email
If you contact us through WhatsApp, phone or email, we use your message history only to answer your request, confirm your transfer and keep a clear record of agreed booking details.
Drivers & Service Partners
Booking details may be shared with the assigned driver or service partner when necessary to complete your transfer. We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated third-party marketing.
Google Maps Places & Analytics
Google Maps Places loads as part of the booking form to provide pickup and destination suggestions, including when optional cookies are rejected. Google Analytics remains optional and loads only after consent.
International Transfers
Some service providers may process data outside Greece or the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections offered by the provider.
Retention
We keep booking and communication records only for as long as needed for service, accounting, tax, dispute handling and legal obligations. Routine enquiries that do not become bookings are kept only as long as needed to answer them.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect booking information and limit access to people who need it to provide or administer the service.
Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where GDPR gives you those rights. You may also withdraw optional consent for analytics at any time.
